Dr. Nicole Valdecanas

Dr. Nicole Valdecanas earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston after completing a residency in Orthopedic Rehabilitation at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. She also brings a strong background as a licensed Athletic Trainer, with experience in orthopedic care, sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return-to-sport training. Dr. Valdecanas is passionate about helping patients move confidently and return to the activities they love through evidence-based, personalized care.
