Compensation:
- Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually based on experience and fit
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- $1,500 relocation stipend

Education:
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Texas Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure
- Three or more years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Interest or experience in orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, TMJ, vestibular rehabilitation, or balance therapy
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat outpatient Physical Therapy patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions and treatment techniques
- Deliver care for orthopedic, vestibular, balance, TMJ, and wellness-focused conditions
- Educate patients on movement, injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with support staff and fellow clinicians to provide coordinated care
- Create a positive and engaging patient experience from evaluation through discharge
- Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities
